Miso Marinade Stir-fry Sauce

A stir fry sauce for your choice of protein to include some fermented foods in your cooking

Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp miso paste
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey, adjust seasoning to suit
- 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 large red chilli, seeds removed, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
Method

Mix together the miso paste in cup boiling water (creates a great alternative to conventional stock)..

Add all remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix together until smooth.

Use straight away or store in a jar, in the fridge, for up to 1 week.
