Ingredients
- 130g Butter
- 130g Sugar
- 130g Pitted dried dates
- 3 cups Rice bubbles
- Half a cup Dessicated coconut
Method

Finely chop the dates.

Stir together dates, sugar and butter over a low heat until butter is melted, sugar dissolved and dates are soft.

Add rice bubbles and stir till combined.

Press firmly into a slice tray lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle with coconut and chill in the fridge until firm.
