Ingredients
- 250g Granita biscuits
- 250g Malt biscuits
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 280g packet Marshmallows
- 250g Butter
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut for rolling
Method

Crush biscuits (if you have a food processor, it’s perfect for this recipe)

Cut each of the marshmallows into 6 (I use kitchen scissors)

Melt the butter over a low heat or in the microwave.

Place crushed biscuits, marshmallows and condensed milk into a large bowl

Add sufficient melted butter to ensure that the mixture sticks together when rolled into balls.

Take a small amount of mixture, squish it together and roll into a ball, then roll in the coconut.

Continue with the rest of the mixture, place the donkey drops on a plate and chill in the fridge for at last 30 mins. Store in an airtight container in the fridge also suitable for freezing.
